4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
